• 也不知道这个主板bios是哪一个版本的，建议你上精英官网查一下这个主板有没有比较新的bios版本，最好是能支持45纳米CPU的bios版本。945芯片组的主板很古老了，假如是早期版本的bios，那么它所能支持的CPU只能是65纳米LGA775接口的处理器，例如早期酷睿2E6400这样的双核CPU，性能比起赛扬430高出很多很多，二手价格差不多在50元左右。如果把主板bios更新至能支持45纳米处理器的版本，那么可以搭载从奔腾E2120到奔腾E6600之间的双核处理器。

• 额设备太老了945只支持775口的英特尔奔腾或酷睿，大多数都是二手，而且不能升级775太高的，主板很可能会受不了，内存可以加根ddr2800或者两根原来的很可能是667。显卡也没什么买太好的必要，nv440GT430GT之类的就行了，A卡6570之类的低端也就差不多了，我只能说还可以坚持用，最好存够了钱一次性全换吧。
